Lucas county had 2400 foreclosure filings 1st half of 2009 up 28% from last year. If someone you know works for Chrysler or GM they really need advice on how they will handle losing their job, selling their home, surviving. NW Ohio needs job creation, not a 6 mo moratorium on Foreclosures! Picture this a funnel with homes facing foreclosure being put in it, after 6mos they are trying to squeeze thru the bottom. Where will all the buyers be? $8000 tax credit is good thru 12/1/08. People need to have some kind of hope.
